Dept. Template

Had a hard time grasping how to properly use/design templates using only type but the good news is I like using grids more than I thought I would and on a conceptual level I can now see how the type template would be a tremendously useful planning and implementation tool especially for large publications with multiple design teams. I think it will take a little more practice before I can close the gap. (see first attempt at Dept. template)
